McDonough Center for Family Dentistry

I had an amazing first experience at this office. Jackie brought me to the back and got me started before the doctor came in. Jackie was so awesome super detailed when explaining all that was going on with the tooth giving me issues. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area! I wish I could have given a higher rating, mainly because of Jackie being A plus with service she provided.
I will for sure be back and when I do go back I will be sure to request her..

The clinical staff and dentists are wonderful. The office is clean and follows all the proper precautions. There is one area that does need improvement. When checking out there is often a long wait to see the billing clerk. When my husband goes with our three children they just tell him the total and he pays it. They do not offer a bill or invoice for us to see or an itemized receipt. This would be fine except we have a dental discount plan and are often charged incorrectly. I then have to leave messages to hopefully get somebody to call me back to fix the situation. We have been going there I believe six plus years. Last year a credit was put on the wrong family members account. The account it should have been put on was then sent to collections with no bill ever being sent to my house. Fortunately I got them to fix this but you can imagine how I felt getting a letter from a collections agency because of a clerical error on their part. Worse yet nobody thought to pick up the phone and call a client that had been going there for 6 years before doing that.
I will continue to go there because of the clinical staff. I would just really appreciate it if a change could be made on the billing end. .

Arrived in much pain and all the staff were eager to help. We came up with a treatment plan and I'm excited to take care of all of this. They treated me great!!!

UPDATE: I wanted to come back and acknowledge the staff at this office, particularly Katie, my Hygienist, she has went above and beyond on every visit for my family!!! She's the very best hygienist I've ever had at any dentist. Thank you Katie :)
And today there was a scheduling mix up and she handled that so my grandson could be seen today.
I plan to follow her on her move to another office!! At least I hope too.
