  Mark (manager) immediately called me & made this right! I truly appreciate his honest concern for the situation & customer service in handling this... This truly meant a lot! Thank You Sir!!
  Before I start, let me say; I really really wanted to like this Logan’s. The waiter was a very nice young man. Now let’s talk about the food… We ordered the Fried Mushrooms; we sent them back. They were so oily & soggy (as if they were fried in warm grease vs hot). My wife ordered the Surf & Turf; the crab cakes were the same texture of the mushrooms, very oily & soggy. Her shrimp were extremely over cooked & rubbery. The rolls were good & hot. I ordered the 12oz sirloin Medium well, it was cooked Well Done. No pink whatsoever (I’ll post pics) and my baked potato was not done. I was extremely disappointed. And to top it off the waiter automatically upgraded my wife to a 8oz steak without asking & charged us an additional $8! He did correct the ticket, but I did not like that whatsoever! You should always ASK, never assume your customer wants to upgrade without asking! Overall definitely not the experience I wanted considering I’ve always had good food & the one in the Macon/WR area.

  This my second trip in 2 weeks to Logan’s. The food came much quicker than last . The butter hot rolls were so so good and delicious 🤤 I fully recommend anyone looking for a good steak to come here . I love the ribeye steak medium! They cooked it perfectly.
