I had such an awesome experience, I don’t even know where to begin.The customer service I received from Donald Hemmings with Zytek Roofing was excellent. Donald was very professional,honest, and knowledgeable. I feel like I made a new friend! Prior to Zytek coming out,I had another roofing company evaluate my roof who was very dishonest about what was needed to address my leak issue. Donald and his team came out,evaluated the issue, and addressed it on the spot.I’m so thankful Donald called back and came out right away to address my issue.If you are looking for excellent customer service,honesty,and a knowledgeable company please contact Zytek Roofing and ask for Donald.

Glad I gave Mike with Zytek Roofing a call. He met with my insurance adjuster and was able to get my claim approved. The crew showed up on time and worked hard getting the roof replaced in one day. Mike answered all of my questions and when I gave him payment he handled one minor issue for me. I would definitely recommend Zyrtek Roofing to everyone. The roof came out really good and they stand by their work!

I am very pleased with Zytek Roofing. They showed up on time and came ready to work. There were eight or 10 men on the crew and each one was professional and experienced. The project leader was on site for the duration of the job and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of work.

Mike and his crew were incredibly professional to work with. Mike put me at ease from the moment I met him. He is genuinely a good person, knowledgeable about the product and materials, and knew exactly what would look best for my house. He even gave me an address to look at my exact selection so I could see for myself what to expect instead of just choosing from a picture. Chris and the crew arrived on time and took special care of my new sod and other landscape. Mike handled all of the homeowners insurance paperwork. I LOVE my new roof and the value it adds to my home. This was such a smooth process and as a single mom, it turned what could have been overwhelming into a pleasant, easy experience. My roof was done today... This has been a great experience from day one. Mike the owner is very professional. He has a team that comes in and does the job timely and very well while he is there making sure things go smoothly.. ..it did!
I had been dealing with roof problems for years and the roof was no longer repairable. Zytek got my roof totally replaced. This guy did it because he used his years of experience and knowledge working with the insurance companies.
This is the company to get to do anything roof related. I would highly recommend calling them to get your roofing needs taken care of. I am definitely another happy customer!! THANKS ZYTEK FOR ALL EFFORTS AND GREAT WORK!
