So far so good. Nothing major. Just keep up the good progress. Looking forward to all the new changes around the property. Also looking forward to the pools and BBQ pits opening for the summer. Also, Betty the property Assistant Manager is GREAT. She is most compassionate property personal that I've ever delt with which goes a long way in her business. Thank you for everything you do Betty

Patience in the front office was super helpful and professional with helping us find our new home! She made the process super easy and stress free. We were able to view the apartment and get approved on the same day! Definitely recommend!!!

I have lived here for many years, and although it hasn't always been perfect, the good outweighs the bad for me. The office staff has ALWAYS been helpful to me. I recently had a situation with my oven that I got stressed over and they were kind enough to replace it with a brand-new oven. The previous owner let a lot of things go by the wayside so Greystar has had to pick up the slack, and it took time. I can understand being frustrated about the pool opening late, but again, that wasn't their fault. I also think that the residents need to be more considerate in caring about their community. Everytime the gate is fixed, someone who is obviously not supposed to be in the community tries to get in and ends up breaking the gate. Whose fault is that? Also, if you see trash, you can pick it up. Why are you expecting others to clean up after you? I commend Patience, Betty, and Maria for what they do every day because it isn't easy.

I lived here for 2 years with little to no problems. Unlike other horror stories with maintenance issues I haven’t had any issues at all, I put in a request at 2am for my hot water tank and by 10am the same morning maintenance was there. Even with management changes there hasn’t been any problems. The staff is also nice Ms.Betty was a great help during my move out process.Overall I have been pretty happy the last 2 years.
