  Brandon (the sales guy) was awesome! He didn't push and let us take our time picking out and trying all the reclining couches we wanted. He answered all our questions. He gave us time to browse and mull things over without the typical pushy sales pitch. Once we decided to go ahead and purchase...he explained the delivery process and warranty options. We will be returning to purchase more furniture and appliances from him!!

  I went to American Freight this past Friday to no avail & fast forward to today when Brandon (The Manager) was a life saver! I’m moving soon & have been looking for a specific type of couch & helped me out so much. He was very helpful & personable. Thank you so much, again!

  Love this place. Saved myself 90 by having a Jeep and an awesome crew working that helped me load so I wouldn't have to do delivery. Terri (I hope I'm spelling it right) was awesome and it didn't feel too salesy. I would definitely pay it off asap because of interest (made that mistake with couch financing) but definitely paying off the dressers we got within the buyout time. Sometimes I need to tweak the furniture (loose nails, nothing major) but I'm always happy with what we get

  We came in for a dryer this afternoon and we're greeted by Terry as soon as we walked in. He was so great the entire time we were there. He showed us to the dryers, then gave us time to look without hovering or being pushy, which I really appreciate. That being said he was completely available to answer any questions and he knew his products, another thing that's appreciate but VERY rare these days. We made our selection and Terry let us know about the extended warranty, but didn't push it. There was a pricing issue that he very quickly resolved and we were out the door with a new dryer in record time!! Did I mention he was the only employee there? He did a fantastic job though! Even helped us load it! I am really thankful he was there today! Terry deserves a raise!
