Heather and her crew are always outstanding!!! They go above and beyond to help with all of my automotive needs!!! They are all so friendly and helpful! I have health problems; so they get things from shelves and even take the parts to my car. You don’t get this kind of treatment from most places these days! They are a real asset for Autozone!!! Went to Auto Zone for a battery issue. Nolan provided superior customer service with diagnosing my issue. I needed a new battery. After purchasing the battery, Nolan installed it fee of charge. Great experience!

Jessica was super helpful and empathetic. I was having battery issues next door and she really cared and sent Jared to check up on me. Jared was awesome! knowledgeable and very helpful. I am not very good with cars and was having a lot of anxiety they were not judgemental and eager to help.

New hire Joseph W. Is absolutely outstanding! Great customer service! Was greeted right when I walked in the door, had trouble diagnosing a vacuum leak on my 2001 bmw e46- the staff went above and beyond! This location is worth the extra 4 min drive instead of the Autozone in Hiram.

They were outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations! Recommend to anyone needing embroidery or other services shirt n things offers. Steve is very friendly and kind as well! They did exactly what I asked for with very reasonable prices. I had about 20 scrub tops embroidered and needed 2 of the shirts with embroidery rushed for next day and they completed the task with out hesitation even though they were very busy. Thank you again and will definitely be back in the future!

We were looking for an embroidery company and found Shirts N Things. We are ABSOLUTELY happy with the embroidery of our scrub shirts and jackets! Mark and Steve were great every step of the way and assured that we were pleased with everything. They even emailed us before printing with the details of the embroidery and were available via email and phone. Highly recommend!!

Very good people. I love going to their shop and talking to them in general. On the business side of things they were able to quickly take my logo and create it for shirts, hats, and polos in custom colors. They use quality products and will custom order hats for you. Very quick and reliable family owned business.
