O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Today my wife and i went to O’Charleys for lunch and meet one of the of the servers there that was so nice and made my wife feel great about going out to lunch I don’t say this lightly she made us feel like we were special and sure we did enjoy the time we were there her name was Sheila G I could tell it was more than a job
To her I could tell she love ❤️ people and it showed by how she waited on us just wanted to say we appreciate your kindness so much and thank you for making out day.

Excellent food and service. I honestly don't know how it could have been any better. Our server, Nadia, was attentive and courteous. She handled our large group with grace and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. When I ordered my Southern Pecan Chicken Tender salad (delicious!), she knew the menu well enough to ask about the Bleu cheese crumbles, and the extra dressing miraculously appeared about 45 seconds after I asked. She definitely earned a good tip, and my family will be requesting her section from now on.

Great food! I had an amazing experience today at O'Charley's. Our waitress was Nadia who was really sweet. The wait was not bad even though there were about 12 of us ordering and no one's food was wrong or messed up. Today was my birthday and Nadia made sure I got a good meal and dessert. Nadia was able to manage all 12 of us and other tables. We had an overall fun and happy time today at O'Charley's.

Lunch today was good. My waitress was probably the best waitress - maybe ever! Guess what her name is... Nadia! It means "hope", and she gives me hope for the future generations. (Especially after she brought us plenty of rolls!) She didn't even make a face when I ordered two kinds of mashed potatoes as my sides (loaded and sweet).

Sheila G was our waitress, and she was phenomenal. She made sure and got all the ladies first, as I requested. She was very professional, and also very funny. My party and I thoroughly enjoyed having her gave great service to us. We look forward to being in her presence again. Keep up the great work Sheila 👍
