Parking is limited and I hope you don't mind sharing the backyard with the neighbors. Make sure to speak to Magnolia for quality service!

(October 25, 2022, 9:39 pm)I give The Cottages of Greystone 5 stars. Magnolia was my Leasing agent and she has been great from the starting process to my actual move in. Magnolia made sure I was in the perfect unit her customer service alone gets 5 stars. The floor plan is great, the property is very clean and well kept. I visited the property several times on different dates and times just to see how well kept the community is and to mainly feel out the neighbors.I have no complaints at all. Leasing agents are reachable and will make sure any concerns are resolved immediately.Thanks, Magnolia and leasing staff for making this process very easy. I am proud to call this my home.
