I called Paul the day before and told him what I wanted done to my F-150. He told me to bring it in the next day in the AM and he would get me taken care of. When I arrived the next day we talked about placement of the tips, type of exhaust system I wanted and how loud I wanted it. Honestly he knocked it out of the park. Everything was dead on how we talked about it and he even got me done in 4 hrs while having 4 other vehicles to do. All the welds were amazing quality and I got a lifetime warranty on everything.
