(November 29, 2022, 9:49 pm)I placed an online order, but I ordered the incorrect sizes. I went back online to check for larger sizes and all of the family pajamas were close to being sold out. So, I came in store with hopes of getting the correct sizes. I was so happy an employee in- training (I forgot her name), but she was so sweet, patient & ready to assist. She even listened to my rants about ensuring I got the right sizes of pajamas. Plus, I managed to find a few pieces for a 70s Soul train party. Thanks Old Navy!! You guys always seem to have what I need for myself & my family!

Almost tempted me to open a credit card too lol maybe next time; if she’s there with that awesome customer service! It’s just so rare to get these days, that I can’t help but appreciate enough to share this review! Please keep it up at this location, and I’ll be here all the time

(January 1, 2022, 10:04 pm)Great sales! Crowded, store was in total disarray. Most common sizes not in stock. However, I ended up finding things for MOST people on my gift list. Checkout line wasn't bad, and plenty of parking.
