Party Out the Box

I was told about Party out the Box by a dear friend, Trilian.. Thanksgirl!!🙏🏼 They made a graduation sign for me and let me add i called at the last minute.. 🤗The poster is Sooooooo Nice, its Everything!! The customer service started from the first phone call, which can make or break a potential customer.. The young lady Kendal was Amazing.. Thank you sooo much!!

I needed a backdrop for my birthday party and called the store at the last minute. Stephanie located 3 for me, all on clearance! She held them for me until I arrived. Even while in the store inquiring about other items, Ms. Stephanie gladly assisted me. Best customer service ever! The owner of the store is also very cordial.
I definitely plan to return for party needs.

I always have a great experience and love supporting this business. They give more then regular customer service they make you feel like family. When I go in for a balloon or for my kids party, my head space was all over the place. I put it into there hands and I was so happy with the balloon arrangement. Just feel like home walking in this place. If you have a problem it easy corrected. I would choose this store any day before party city. 🥰 Today I picked up a arrangement they offered to load my vehicle so balloons would be safe. Good quality for the $
