They are the best! I love this place. Mia is always friendly and all of the therapist are patient and kind. I love the AQUATIC therapy it has really helped me so much! I wish I could give them 10 STARS!!

The staff at the McDonough location is great. A lot of one-on-one time, and I liked having different therapists throughout my 12 visits to prevent monotony of the same exercises every time. I cannot believe the improvement that I have shown. Daily pain is no longer a part of my life!
The staff members were very cordial, professional and always on time. They were sensitive to my pain levels and adjusted my exercises immediately. I can now put on my socks and pants a lot easier and without assistance. I can get up from the floor on my own. I feel so much better and stronger!
The staff is awesome and Dr. Kate is amazing. To go from having pain on a daily basis to being pain free is the best feeling ever. I would recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.
This is the only place I will go for physical therapy. The entire staff is so caring and loving. They show it in everything they do and say. I could barely walk when I started with them back in July,2021, now I can run and I'm definitely ready for the 5K's walk and run again. Thanks to Kate, Jordan, and the entire staff at Proactive Rehab Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in Conyers, GA. I recommend everyone to get treatment at this office. God bless you all.
