Kevin was fantastic! I usually do my own mechanic work, but, My sister's expedition was impossible to reach the oil filter. I had already purchased the items needed for oil change, but realized I couldn't do it. They were fantastic and used my supplies and did the oil change for an incredible price. While I waited, I got the privilege of seeing interactions with other customers, Let me say, I Highly recommend them and will be back.

Seth and the crew were the best. Saved me a lot of money by fixing some parts that could have just been replaced. Highly recommend, these guys know what they are doing

Superb customer service, and in a timely manner. The manager Seth, and his whole team greeted me as I walked through the door, and made short work of the check in process. They performed my vehicle maintenance, and as luck would have it it was raining, and of course my wipers were in less than perfect condition. They also noticed that my vehicle was due for brake fluid maintenance. All of that was handled while I waited in the accommodating waiting room. I will definitely be going back to this location for their next level customer service and professionalism!

We have been to multiple Sun Devil Autos in the valley and every single one of them has given exceptional service and we've saved thousands of dollars by going through them. Once it is fixed, it's fixed. No coming back a month later for a new problem like you get at other mechanics. Andy was awesome, very helpful, and a good communicator.
