Wayne and Hammond Services are amazing. Their prices are competitive, they use quality equipment, and Wayne was very responsive to all of our questions. Once we made the decision about our system components, they scheduled the install for the very next day. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they work.

Hammonds services have come out multiple times for issues we’ve had since we bought our home in 2021. They were reasonable with pricing and everyone who has come has been wonderful. They’ve fixed leaks in our crawl space, repaired a toilet, and then they replaced our hot water tank. They’ve worked with us every time to find a time to come out and are friendly to the animals on the property. Any issues we have with plumbing we will continue to work with them. Excellent work!! Extremely customer service skills, knowledgeable , meticulous & just a wonderful person!! I’m very grateful & pleased that Kevin installed my water heater! I’m grateful that he had a water heater on his truck as the one that was delivered to me was broken.

I had a smart thermostat, and electrical wiring replaced, as well as my bathroom sink/ shower faucets. Brannon, Ben, and Kerry were great. I have used Hammond services three times, and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

Michael did a thorough inspection and provided a repair plan that best suited the situation. I agreed to proceed with the proposed repair the next day when more time and parts would be available. I was extremely happy and please with the work Michael did. He brought an exceptional knowledge, skill and manner to the job. He clearly explained the problem, the cause and the fix so they were easy to understand. The job was complete when Michael was satisfied the repair was done properly and worked correctly. I would gladly request Michael for my future plumbing needs and certainly recommend him to others for theirs.
