We don't have any experience responding to bad reviews because we have never had one. But we think it is important to have all of the facts
presented so people can decide whether or not to do business with us.
We did say that it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the repairs when in fact the vehicle was here for 6 weeks and 3 days counting
weekends. While it was longer than the time you were told and the time we wanted, it was not over 2 months as you stated. We did encounter unexpected delays which we are sorry about, however you were provided with a loaner car to help compensate for your inconvenience.
Another fact which you failed to mention is that you were given a full refund of your $1960.00 deposit even though we spent over $2000.00 in parts and labor on your vehicle ( and we gave you the new parts ).

GREAT JOB! My transmission recently failed and Independent Transmission did a SUPER job rebuilding it with a great warranty. The entire process was smooth and now my transmission is shifting like new. I can't thank Carlos and his staff enough.

I was pleased with there knowledge and there concerns about other issues with my truck that was unrelated to the rebuild of my transmission. They did a great job with rebuilding my transmission and it runs like it did when it was brand new.
