  Cheap, cheerful and near the airport! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic and bed comfortable. Old style window AC whose noise drowned out the nearby light rail construction. Some repairs to the cracked and chipped areas would be nice. This place could be so cool with the right paint. Price is right, especially compared to distant hotels. Free shuttle. On-site Chinese restaurant. Mini convenience store has the basics. Gardens are very pretty and well maintained. Pool looks welcoming. Nice comfortable stay for the night.

  My wife and I got a room here for a few days for a business trip. Didn't want to spend too much money considering neighboring hotels charge so much.
  
  As expected, the room is simple and to the point. A little old, pop corn style ceilings but it has everything you'd need.
  
  Cameras are everywhere, parking lot is very bright at night and the tow truck man always is making sure vehicles who don't belong there gets taken care of.
  
  Customer service is great here too. Booked early and the ma'am at the front desk was quick to settle us in.
  
  Had a great stay and definitely will come here again in the future

  They try very hard to be great with what they have. The staff here are awesome & friendly, the room is well kept, and the price is pretty good... but the rooms are so small. The bathroom is very nice, decently sized (for Hawaii), with beautiful tiles and acceptable (but not great) water pressure. I'd give it 5 stars for the level of effort of the staff, but, again, the rooms are so small that it's hard to give that 5th star, and there's a certain level of missing long-term upkeep that needs to be done on a structure that has settled in place a bit over a few decades. The pool is quite nice, and there's plenty of [free!] parking, so that makes up for the room size a bit.

  The staff from the front desk to cleaning staff, all were very helpful and friendly.
  I was allowed to change room when I'm not satisfied with what I originally booked.
  Coffee & hot water at the lobby is fresh anytime, their mini grocery is fully stocked from food, medicine, snacks and laundry needs. All over the property is clean and well kept by the maintenance/cleaning staff. Chinese restaurant is comparable to downtown restaurants but prices are much cheaper/lower.
  WiFi is the best, each room have their own router, so no sharing with all other rooms/guests and strong signal because in your room.
