    After six years in the marine corps and five deployments I tried this because I was having lower back issues and after I was finished I felt amazing. My back didn't hurt, I had full range of movement back and it doesn't hurt to stand up any more I would highly recommend doing this even if you just got an alignment done then do a massage afterwards. Also he does a very good military discount too
