  Used to go to OTF before they closed, but the Kapolei location closed. My life and I tried 24 Hour Fitness but probably ended up going like 10 times over the course of a year and never got a great workout.
  Day 1 of our week trial at F45 and we got a detailed body scan that showed us far more than your typical household scale can. Following the scan we got a fantastic workout that left me dripping in sweat. We ended up signing up for the unlimited monthly membership the next day.
  It's based on classes so you have to sign up in advance, and if you have a select schedule that works, you can have the app automatically sign you up for specific day and time slots. Every day is a different workout so it's never repetitive and they change out the weekly workouts every month. The coaches are awesome and super helpful, and you'll get a great workout that gives you the perfect blend of cardio and strength. I definitely recommend buying one of their heart rate monitor so you can get a more detailed report of your workout! If you're looking for a place to get a good workout, definitely reach out to one of the coaches and get into a class to see how great it is. Don't forget to bring lots of water and a towel (you'll need it)

  I'm from the mainland and dropped in for a class today. This was amazing! I've been doing CrossFit for many, many years, and honestly prefer this over CrossFit. In addition, the staff were super nice and helpful, and I would highly suggest this type of workout, no matter what level you're at. Thanks so much Justin and to the entire team!

  Awesome place to workout! They have great coaches that motivate and help you reach your goals. This gym is all about ohana and the fellow members make it a good atmosphere to workout in.

  The coaches are great. They walk around during class to correct form, motivate you, and push you to do more. The classes are different everyday. One might be cardio then next day will be strength. The other members create a great environment to workout in. No a.c., but there are fans throughout. Plenty of free street parking. They offer 3 time slots in the morning and 3 in the evening on weekdays.

  It was my first time at this facility and I had a hip injury, but I decided to attend a class and Coach Theo was so positive and motivating. It was a great workout, and I really earned my dinner!
  Great experience would definitely attend again!
