I highly recommended for any athlete who’s looking to get ahead of the competition..I know it works💪🏼 My son is proof !!! He’s gotten stronger, faster, jump higher , flexible & agile .. if you want results,check out phase 1..FO REALS🤙

(May 27, 2019, 3:49 am)My son does the speed and agility training at Phase 1 and he loves it!. He has improved so much with the help of Coach Paul and the other coaches. All the coaches there take the time to teach the kids each drill. I highly recommend Phase 1 sports if you're serious about your kids sports development!!

(May 25, 2019, 9:08 pm)My son plays on both 6U and 8U flag football for Phase 1 Hawai’i team. He also has speed and agility training there as well. He has improved so much with the help of Coach Paul. I love the energy there which helps my son to keep focus. The environment is very welcoming. Everyone is there to help each other especially the older kids with the younger ones. Thank you Coach Paul for making all of this possible for our Hawai’i Keikis. In the words of my son BEAST MODE OUT!!
