  I was reluctant to get health insurance for my cat. There are so many companies, it was confusing to pick the right insurance. After some extensive research, I found that Pets Best had the fairest price with the best offering. So far, I have several claims for my cat and Pets Best paid each claim as expected. Additionally, as a Pets Best member, I have access to Whiskers Doc which is a 24/7 hotline that connects you to certified veterinarians for any health questions/advice you may need. This service is invaluable. Not only are they thorough in assessing your needs, they follow up with you to ensure you pet is okay. I definitely recommend Pets Best to any pet owner. You won't be disappointed.

  Pets Best has been incredible to work with! The representatives have been friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised at how helpful they are when you are submitting claims and asking questions. The claims process is so easy online and they are happy to explain any exclusions and the payment process. You can even have your claims auto-deposited into your checking account. These people love animals and their jobs and it shows in everything they do. They are a shining testament to the pet insurance industry. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pet they consider to be a part of the family.

  Great experience so far. Pets Best offers a great service for the price and I loved that I was able to add a wellness plan to the benefits which will help out with the first puppy year! I was reimbursed for my first claim quickly after submitting it and their website was very easy to navigate and use. I also spoke with customer service over the phone and again, they were friendly and knowledgeable!

  These boys have had PetsBest Insurance since they were puppies. I am so thankful I got insurance back then, and thankful for PetsBest.
  
  We have one boy that never uses it, then the other that has needed it a number of times. That is the way insurance works. Like people insurance, you never know, but glad you have it when you need it.
  
  These days, PetsBest are very slow to process claims, but I think that is because of the acquisition and growing pains.
