John and Darian were AMAZING!! I got sent to this store from the Orchard and Overland store but the employee at that store didn't call to make sure this store had what I needed, just checked their stock. John and Darian went above and beyond searching the WHOLE store for the coils I needed. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but called another store to make sure they had it. Employees that take extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction are hard to come by these days. Thank you so much Darian and John!

I had the most amazing service here today. Joseph was so patient with all my questions on switching to saltnic, helped me figure out the difference in cost for switching. He was totally chill and polite. I swear this guy needs a raise!! He flat gave exemplary service. He also had great knowledge on the products. Thank you Joseph!

Christopher was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped pick out the perfect juice and fix my mistake in re-setting up my vape and even taught me a new trick to get it going faster. Altogether a fantastic experience

This place is amazing! I came here to get some peach vape juice for my wife and the lady clerk told me every flavor of peach they had.... Who knew there were so many great flavors to purchase! The employee was very helpful and polite! I will definitely be back for more peach flavors!
