  Staff are always courteous, polite and professional. However, half way through a recent platinum wash everything stopped momentarily. Then proceeded to finish the wash. When I got home I noticed most of my front passenger side door was untouched by the brushes or curtains. I understand this was in all probability a one time occurrence. Everything else came out great.

  My husband works here Wednesday through Sunday. We always come through to vacuum our car at the free vacs. I enjoy the strong suction they have. We have never had any issues with them. My husband says they are cleaned out ever Sunday to help keep the vacuum suction strong. I like that. The crew are nice... Professional but also goofy and comical. They make you feel like your one of the group. I enjoy that! They are working on changing up the inside and the tunnel. We never leave the place without a smile and the car is always shinny clean when we leave. We keep coming back. Still will even if my husband never worked there because of the way the crew and wash is :)
