Pho Nguyen

Best Pho I have had in years!! The broth is amazing and the cook even came out to ask how everything was and gave us more of his home made chili sauce which was fantastic. We suggested he bottle it up and sell it.

The food is 5 Stars, Excellent food Especially the Vegetarian Bun. They make accommodations for people who want beef broth and tofu in the Pho. 4 Stars for the young wait staff - They're young, it's not a huge deal, they don't write things down or sometimes are spacey about your order. So keep in mind you may have to keep reminding them - practice a little patience and be prepared. If you can get over this little hump the rest is worth it. It's a family run business so maybe they don't have a ton of people at their disposal. The place can get packed pretty quick since the word has gotten out about how good the food is. Might be a good idea to call ahead and ask if there are open tables.

This place is so good! We both like pho, and we were not disappointed. We got plenty of food, even with just the regular size. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be returning and referring friends to eat here as well.

I'm not a big fan of pho, But my husband loves it so yesterday he took me to this place for lunch. The wait staff was very friendly and made good recommendations. The soup was filled with noodles thinly sliced pieces of tender meat and fresh herbs. It was very good, I ate the entire bowl. Warning the regular size bowls are huge. If you are a fan of pho I would recommend giving this place a chance. Someone also told me that the owner was from San Jose.
