I love my company! We have amazing participants and employees. We do have our ups and downs but our amazing team always shines! Benefit packages get better and better!

I absolutely loved working for St Fillans and the participants are wonderful. No company is 100% perfect but anything to the left of right was immediately corrected. My supervisors and staff trained me well and for the most part we all got along (let's be honest, you'll never work at a place where EVERYBODY gets along). When I started having personal medical issues, Jeff and the office staff made sure to accommodate me the best they could and they really went above and beyond to do that. If my condition hadn't worsened, I would've stayed with this company. The participants were always well taken care of and that is the most important aspect.
