  We have lived in a Irvine Company property for the last 5 years. We have always been happy with the staff and their responses to our needs. But we are really happy with Douglas Sanchez at Anacapa. He is very friendly and is always been able to fix our problems. This morning we had an emergency in our apartment. It was before 10:00am which is their starting time. I was on the way to the main office hoping someone was in to report my problem. I saw Douglas driving by on his cart and waved him down. I told him what was going on and he went right over to my apartment to fix the problem. Anacapa is lucky to have Douglas working for them. He definitely is a goodwill ambassador for the Irvine Company.

  I’m an Anacapa resident and I’m really satisfied with service of the staff, especially Douglass.
  Douglass he is kind men he is always helpful on time and fixes everything properly. He gets things done very quickly and I always see him saying hi to the residents and most of my neighbors are happy with his service. Thank you Anacapa apartments for hiring him he really deserves it. Thank you!

  We have lived here for almost two years and have been happy being here. The leasing staff has been pretty helpful when we needed something, the entire complex is very well maintained and they keep things very clean here. A special shout out to the maintenance staff. They are always extremely helpful, especially Douglas. Douglas has been so helpful and always does it with a smile on his face! He has never hesitated to stop what he is doing to help if something is urgent. This is the best apartment we have been at in Irvine and will continue to stay here as long as we are renters!

  Douglas Sanchez is the man! Every time I’ve needed help with something he’s been there. Overall the place is nice and located in a convenient location.

  We had such an amazing experience with my husband's surgery. The nurses were so awesome! Dr. B. did a great job and so far so good! Thank you!

  The people here are great. My sinuses feel way better thanks to having surgery and fixing my septum.

  The staff is wonderful and both the Dr and his PA are very thorough and great at their jobs. I highly recommend them!!

  I have been to the Sinus Center in Meridian and found it to be a nice office. The staff is friendly and professional, the place is clean and bright. I was able to get in with the PA Rick to establish care the same day. I enjoyed talking with him. He helped me with medication until I could get an appointment to see Dr Boyajian at the next visit. Dr B greeted me with a firm handshake, sits down, looks at my chart and then tells it like it is and didn't sugar coat it. He let me know what he could do for me and what he couldn't . I like that in a man, honesty...how refreshing. I sent several of my friends to his office and 1 needed the surgery. Dr B didn't stuff his nose with a mile of gauze, he didn't have black eyes and 5 days later we were back playing golf.

  I called for an appointment and was given several options all within a few days. I had 4 different office to choose from and I was closest to the Eagle Road office. I was greeted with a smile when I came in, handed the nurse the papers she had emailed me to fill out and was taken to a room within 15 minutes. The nurse got me ready to see the doctor and he looked up my nose with a camera and WOW, I had never seen anything like that. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was impressed with this Dr Boyajian. He really spent a lot of time with me explaining my options and educating me on my sinuses. I found his office staff professional and friendly. I'm glad I found him.
