I went in for a ripped tendon on my left finger. The front desk receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Once I went back, I got an Xray and talked with the doctor. They were all professional and answered all my questions (honestly) regarding options and healing time. I would definitely recommend them.

My daughter broke her finger and the staff got her into surgery the next day! Thank you for all your hard work and for taking such great care of her.

I'm a registered nurse that works in a surgical Department in the area, and dr. Robinson came highly recommended from many sources who are in the know. I have to say I was very impressed with his staff I thought they were all efficient and friendly and I was really impressed with Dr Robinson himself he seemed kind and caring and was pleasant to talk to. I really appreciated that he took the conservative approach and recommended physical therapy before surgery. I ended up having such good results with physical therapy that I didn't need surgery and I really appreciate that. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family based on my personal experience and the experiences of those whose opinions matter to me in the medical profession :-)

I hurt my elbow chopping wood about 2 months ago. I waited to seek medical attention, because I thought it would go away; it didn't.

Dr. Robinson had diagnosed and cured several other ailments throughout the past 14 years, so I called his office for an appointment. They had openings within 1 week, but times didn't work for me, so i waited instead.

I went to his office yesterday, and was there 15 minutes early as prompted to do so, by the reminder call. I showed up at 0945, and hadn't even finished my paperwork when I was called back for x-rays (within 5 minutes.) I had x-rays completed, and was asked to go back to the waiting room until a room became available. I sat down and again within 5 minutes, I was in a waiting room talking to the MA about my condition.

After she left, I waited no more than 10 minutes before Dr. Robinson was in the room, diagnosing my problem. He took the time to explain what was happening with my elbow (tennis elbow), and laid out options for me, including a cortisone shot, and physical therapy, for 3 - 4 sessions. I agreed with his advice, and he said he would set the cortisone shot up for me, and be back in a few minutes. The MA returned and set up the table for the shot. She excused herself and again i waited appx. 5 minutes and Dr. was back to administer the shot.

While giving me the shot, I asked him about a problem I was having with my foot, which had nothing to do with my original appointment. He took the time to listen to my concern, and diagnosed that problem as well, and gave me options to consider. Mind you, I was not there for that ailment, but he took time to hear me out, and gave sound advice, which was greatly appreciated.

I have read other people's reviews of Dr. Robinson, and am confused by them, as I have found him to be ever the professional, and always willing to make sure I have all the information I need. I have to assume long wait times are a result of other patients taking longer than expected, and him getting backed up as a result. Also, to those who say he just wants to operate, I know I have gone to him with the thought in my mind that I might need to go under the knife, but have had him indicate PT is the first option, in that case, and surgery would be a last resort, if nothing else worked.

Conversely, I have been told by him, the only option for other issues was surgery. He has performed 3 separate surgeries on me, throughout the years, and I have been very satisfied with the results.

I feel for those of you who had a bad experience, but I believe he is an asset in our community, and will seek him out again, with any issues I have, that fall under his expertise.
