(January 22, 2021, 10:52 am)I love the peace and healing feeling I get when I walk around the beautiful grounds of building that's dedicated to God. The grounds are open to the public to walk around and enjoy. I recommend it if you're feeling stressed, or down, or just need a wholesome break.

(January 15, 2021, 6:55 pm)I've belonged to this church for years. I highly recommend it. The church focuses on bringing everyone to Christ, perfecting the members, and redeeming the dead. Children and visitors are welcome! Services are typically held on Sundays at various times, and you can always go to the website churchofjesuschrist.org for details about times of services, contact information for the missionaries (who can tell you more about what we believe whenever you are available), contact information for the Bishop (who presides over specific congregations as part of the greater whole), etc. The members aren't perfect of course but they do the best they can. The doctrine is true!

The gates have reopened at the Meridian Temple to allow visitors to enjoy this wonderful spot. Covid-19 precautions made it necessary to lock gates and limit guests from walking the grounds for a time; hopefully those days are past.
There are several benches from which to ponder while experiencing the peaceful aura and visual feast. Landscaping includes many different types of plants, flowers, shrubbery and trees plus a large reflecting pond. The site also provides picturesque views of the Boise River to the north.
Although only recommended church members can enter the building itself, everyone can enjoy a peaceful walk around this House of God and feel God's presence near this Holy Temple.
