Jake knows his stuff!! Didn't take him long to rectify the problem and have my AC running like a champ again. He offered expertise on another issue with my black tank so I could do it myself to save money after surgeries as money is tight. He's an honest guy that's not just out to make a buck of others that can't afford it. I would recommend him to anyone that wants honesty and integrity!!! He's my hero today!!

I’ve used Jake twice and very very happy with him. First couldn’t fix broken door but led me in the right direction to get it fixed, second time stopped my toilet from leaking!!!! Waiting on a return call to check my isolated thingy out before I head 2000 miles home. But I’ll be back and will highly recommend him to everyone!!!
I had a new stove top and some other propane work I needed done. Jake was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The job was done to my complete satisfaction quickly and at a very fair price.
Had two issues. He spotted the first issue with awning and it was corrected quickly. Second issue, water heater, saw the problem, got it working, but, it was not working like he wanted, he took the time, saw what was really causing the problem and fixed it. Less than an hour, great price on parts. Trust him, he knows what he is doing. Had parts in truck. Highly recommend. He gave me some great advice on rv maintenance.
