Vitality Acupuncture

I've been going to Heather/Vitality for the last three years. I've suffered from heavy periods and low back pain, and was finally diagnosed with fibroids which required extensive surgery. Even after surgery, I continued to have chronic back pain which impacted day to day activity. My OB recommended heavy duty pain killers and a hysterectomy when I could no longer tolerate the pain.

I turned to acupuncture as a last resort to be even moderately relieved from the chronic pain I was experiencing. I started feeling relief after about 3 or 4 sessions, and was nearly pain free after about two months of treatment. I now come in for "maintenance" and for any other issues I may be experiencing (e.g. allergies, anxiety).

I can't speak more highly of Heather. She listens, and is personable and wants to problem solve collaboratively. It's refreshing to be heard by a medical practitioner, and have your input be valued, and not have pills/surgery pushed as curatives.

Do not hesitate to try Vitality.

The environment is so relaxing with quality service. I'm still waiting for the pain to go away in my neck when another chiropractor adjusted my lower back but my neck started to hurt after he worked on my lower back.
I tried another acupuncturist in Caldwell but I wasn't happy with them. I'm a veteran and getting a referral from the VA medical hospital in Boise to go here. Vitality is a class company and give it a try so it might surprise you in healing your pain.

Sarah is such a warm hearted person. She makes you feel comfortable and really knows her practice. I remember reading about red flags to look out for when going to an acupuncturist and not one of them came up during my time with her. I have recommended her to numerous friends and family because I believe so strongly in her knowledge and professionalism. If you are looking to try acupuncture, you want to see her first. She even does consultations beforehand to make sure she can help. If you are looking to try acupuncture you shouldn't look anywhere else!

Heather is a great provider. The office has such a welcoming environment yet they maintain a high level of professionalism. Accupunture and fire cupping are my go-to therapies for stress relief and sports therapy!

I have tried acupuncture before and was never very comfortable with it. I wasn't sure that I wanted to try another place but I am so glad that I went to Heather. She has really helped me with my interstitial cystitis and it is hard to find things that help that! She also does a technique called cupping and my shoulders have never felt so good as after that.
