    Rich is an excellent instructor. The training course was held at his home. I felt hesitant at first because of this but Rich was professional- no creeper vibes whatsoever. The training was one on one and so informative. He allowed me to ask random questions and even had knowledgeable answers for me. I walked out feeling much more prepared for a medical situation. Reasonably priced- money will spent! I highly recommend taking a course with Rich

    I had the most amazing experience with BLS rules. Rich was fantastic to work with. He taught a BLS class for our staff and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and engaging. He went above and beyond to accommodate our facility's needs, and was so willing to help any way he could. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. BLS Rules....rules!!
