I found Mark and Corean at the Snake River Meridian store to be honest, straightforward and knowledgeable with no pressure. I was not only looking for a hot tub, but also a relationship I could trust to keep my water in great shape, and remedy any problems. In the end, I felt most comfortable with them and the HotSprings product. They kept me informed while I waited for the hot tub to be delivered, and made sure the delivery / orientation experience went off without a hitch. Now that I'm enjoying my hot tub, Mark and Corean's expertise has become even more valuable as I (first time spa owner) dial in my water and maintenance techniques. I am glad I chose to work with Mark, Corean and Snake River!

I not only have a beautiful well built spa but also the comfort and confidence of knowing I have experts to help me along the way with any issues I may have. I have been working with Mark in the Meridian store. He is calm, knowledgeable and patient to answer all of my questions. Simply the best. Dennis
