Bellator Strength

I highly recommend Bellator Strength. I joined a couple months ago and this has been the best programming/coaching, hands down. Coach Shyla has helped guide me with perfecting form, gaining confidence and overall strength. I am training for a Powerlifting competition and have seen my body transform in this short time. I am excited to see the strength I will have in the next couple months!!

For years, I did my own programming and wasn’t meeting my goals. Since I started training with Shyla last year, I have met my goals and am striving higher. I am beyond happy with the programming she has created for me. She has the experience and knowledge to create a great workout that efficiently meets your training needs. I highly recommend her!

Bellator Strength has mentored and guided me for 2 years now. I can say without reservation that Coach Shyla LaRue has consistently kept me motivated, excited and entertained in her programming. She has often had to deal with my various work schedules and occasional absences and has done so with great flexibility.
