  This is a nice little campground for quick getaways. I can have a campfire, the bathroom is always clean. You are right next to the river and a short drive to hot springs. I especially like going down to the river, sitting on a big rock there enjoying the river and the trees, and watching river raft groups and kayakers launching off down the river.

  Great small campground that fills up fast. The trail is easy-moderate in difficulty. The campground has vault toilets and spigot water available. Also, if you like watching rafting companies launch with wide-eyed customers, that's right across the road. :)

  Stopped here many times on my way from Lowman to Banks. Lovely campground with limited spaces. Clean and well kept. Easy access to the river. Close to the road but reasonably quiet during the day. Picnick tables and fire pits with ample spaces for tents. Paved.

  There is a nice little spot to park off of the trailhead on the other side of the river before the campground. Although the spot is right by the river, fishing proved to be a waste of time and supplies at this location for this time of year. The water was low and the current was fast. I much prefer to use spots that are not paid for camping because they are typically more secluded and private but will find a place such as this one that is close to attractions such as hot springs and just pay the day use fees if applicable.

  Great place for a 1-2 night camping spot. One advantage to this spot is that it is right by the highway but that also means that night and day you can hear and see the cars, but if something goes wrong its nice to know that grabbing a ride to town is easy. There is a spot down by the river that you can only barely see the road and the sound of the river blocks any other sound which is very nice. There is also hiking here which is fun to do
