Ina was very professional and honest. He gave me a good price for my bumper work and painting. He did even more than he said he would do and even washed my car. The work was done very well and quickly. Ina knew I needed my car soon and made it a point to finish very quickly. I really appreciated that. He was also easy to work with and lived up to his word. The front bumper of my wife's 1999 Mercedes SLK230 was torn off in the parking lot of the YMCA, while she was inside working out. It didn't look like a lot of damage, but the estimate from a well known body shop in the area said it would cost $4,200 to repair. The cost was so high that the insurance company totaled my car, and would only give me $2,800, if I kept the car! I was upset, because it was not enough to fix my car, but I really wanted to keep it. I decided to get another estimate from a different body shop, but the repairs were still too high. Then a nice guy suggested we take it to Ina's Auto Body. Ina was great! His estimate was fair, reasonable, and within our budget. The best part of all, however, is that he did an excellent job on all the repairs, and he matched the paint on the new bumper perfectly to the color of our car! Our little car looks better than it did before the accident! We are so happy with Ina's Auto Body that we will never take our vehicles anywhere else. Also, we are going to recommend him to all our friends!
