Family Eyecare Specialists - Middleton

We recently moved and transferred our eye care from Nampa to the Middleton location. The receptionist was extremely courteous. Finding back to back appointments for our kids wasn't easy but she made it happen. The staff was wonderful with our kids and made their eye exams a pleasant experience. Thank you!

This eye care center is amazing!!! I usually just go for my yearly check up, but within the last 2 months I have had to visit a few extra times for some eye issues! They have been so amazing with all my care. Everyone in the office is so friendly and the doctors and staff are just overall fantastic! They definitely treat you like they care about you and not just another patient in their day!!! I would 100% recommend them to everyone!!!

My daughters glasses were broke and we just moved here and were not sure where to go. We saw this place and just walked in with NO appointment, and I cannot stress just how accommodating they were!!!!! WOW was I impressed! First of all, this isn’t really a kids eye Doctor, but Jenna (I think) made us feel like we were the only clients they had, and found frames for my daughters broken glasses within minutes!!! She found adorable frames for her, got her and commented on how sweet my kids were!!!! I was shocked on just how kind, sweet and accommodating she was! This place will be our forever eye Doctor for our whole family and this just makes my hear smile on just how kind people still are. Make this place your eye Dr !!!!

First of all, I am totally new to the whole contacts thing and was a little nervous about the whole idea of touching my eyes every day to change contact lenses out. But the past year working in healthcare has been difficult to say the least, always having to constantly fumble around with my glasses that keep fogging up while talking with patients and families.
I scheduled my appointment with Family Eyecare in Middleton and I have to say the whole process of switching from glasses to contacts could not have been easier. Everyone in the office was so awesome and they answered all of my questions during the process. Dr. Joel Hernandez, Tammy, Shayla and Jenna were super nice and helpful. Also the office is super fancy and I enjoyed warming my back by the fireplace as I waited to be seen. After my initial exam, Jenna helped coach me through putting my contacts in and taking them out for the first time, which I was a bit nervous about. She was super kind, patient and helpful showing me different techniques to make the process easier. I managed to not pull my eyeball out which my daughter said I would do lol. I am now a full time contacts wearer and it has honestly been life changing for me. I just want to thank Dr. Hernandez and staff for everything and for providing life changing eye care. I have also scheduled our 4 kids for an appointment and so glad to have found an amazing Family Eye Clinic near me. Thank you!!!
