Staff were extremely kind when we had to put our dog down. Everything was explained in a way so we could make the best decision possible for our Lucy. They let us take as much time as we needed with her during and after. They even have a private exit so you don't have to be around other people in such a sad state.

I showed up on a Saturday morning stressed out with my Spinoni with an injured paw. It took a couple of hours to get her her and they quoted me $400-700 or more if they had to sedate her. They called me when she was ready, I picked her up and they only charged me $170! Not only was the staff friendly and professional but they were honest! When I dropped her off I had a good feeling she would be cared for and they would treat her well. I found a veterinarian office, thank you!!

Wonderful people! They love our dog as much as we do. We adopted a senior dog in Jan 2022, he has just turned 12!! He's had a couple of health issues with joint pain and a tumor. The folks at OnPoint were able to see him quickly. They addressed all of our concerns and were very thorough in explaining the options. My old man is now 2 weeks post op and doing so much better. Very thankful for thus group of amazing people.

Responsive, caring, and they even communicate with you. We have a new puppy, a 15 year old and 1yr old. All with very different needs and they have been "On Point" with every visit and issue we had so far.
