Loft went above and beyond to meet my needs. I shopped here for my first time ever and got some dress pants. I live in another state where we do not have one of these stores and when I got home I realized I ended up with the regular length instead of the petite as I had tried on both. They let me ship the long ones back and mailed me a petite pair. They even went the extra mile and realized the pair they held back for me was damaged and ordered me a new pair from another store. They were so kind and helpful and I will definitely be going back on my next Nashville trip.

I live in Olive Branch, MS and was in search of a dress that was oos in my size at my factory location. I called several stores who had the dress but would not complete a send/sale for me. This store did it no problem and I had it within a day! Plus they sent a super sweet note!! Great customer service! Thank you guys so much! I will be visiting in person this December 😘😘
