The perfect place whether you already have a yoga practice or you are just starting out. The instructors are great. I went to Angel’s class the other day and she was wonderful. The instructor Cathie is a favorite of mine.
I needed to make some changes to my account so I emailed them. The regional sales manager Cassie helped me and she was so nice.

Sculpt is an amazing class that works your full body. Thanks Jade love all the sculpt teachers. Also had an a amazing class with Isabel. Great music and love to all the Y6 Teachers and studio

I was invited for my first Hot Yoga experience and actually it was my first yoga experience ever. I was definitely intimidated by the fitness level and skill of the others but Isabel made me feel comfortable knowing I would need to do some adjustments. I didn’t feel pressured to bend like a pretzel on my first day. I’m excited to go back. Thanks for a great workout.

I’ve have been going to hot yoga for 6 years now! Love it so much. Angel has been the exclusive 6 am teacher for years now and she is the best. Consistent and always a great experience. Thank you for having a studio in Nampa :)
