Professional, thorough, knowledgeable staff and technicians. Everyone we encountered had terrific personalities too! They stayed in touch and were always on time. Mice aren’t gone yet after only one day but I’m confident our problem will be solved. We also signed up for termite protection l.

My technician is great. Always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get rid of mice and I never see a bug in my house. He’ll come when I call and I never wait long. Definitely worth it to me to have a contract and no bugs or mice!

Pleasant experience. I made the call because of a mouse problem.
The appointment given was pretty quick. It was a 2 step process, first an inspector came and did an inspection which was followed by a service Technician visit who sealed some holes outside of our home to prevent rodents from entering our home.
He also set some bated traps before leaving.
So far, 2 mice have been caught and we are no longer seeing mice in our home.
Within a week, we received a follow-up call from Terminix to see how things were going and if we are satisfied.
We are satisfied.

This is the best place in Emmett to take your small engines to be fixed. They are so so honest and try so so hard to please you even when they are having big problems them selves. I won't go any place else
