(November 22, 2019, 9:23 am)Having to go to a skilled facility can be very scary and an uncomfortable unfamiliar situation. MapleCrest does everything in their power to keep our loved ones safe, happy and provide quality care. As a mystery shopper for assisted living and nursing homes I can tell you with confidence that my father was provided superior care. Who knew that they would become our extended family. We would leave knowing he was OK provided care that we were not able to provide at home. CARE being the keyword and love. When my father went to heaven part of the team came to his funeral. They shared stories we had no idea it warmed our hearts. I guess it wasn’t unusual for dad to go have coffee at the nurses station if he couldn’t sleep at night. We also discovered he would eat pizza with them. Dad didn’t sleep much we had no idea that they would entertain them for hours as they worked. There are many stories that we hold in our hearts.

(November 21, 2019, 12:54 pm)Our Mom was at Maple Crest for roughly 2 months. She eventually left this world, while a patient there. The staff was just extraordinary. To leave your loved one in the care of others is extremely difficult. We did not worry...our mom was treated with respect, compassion and dignity. On the day she passed, 11/15/19, all of the staff were just wonderful to us.
We are forever grateful to Admin Renee, Nurses Kathy and Sue and all of the others who took such super care of Mom each and every day.
