(October 9, 2018, 9:57 am)The salesman Novi took time to answer all my questions. Also arranged extended test drive of model vehicle I was considering. Main reason I considered this dealer was service advisor Jill. I brought my car in for a recall. My first service work at this dealer. Very professional and explained additional needed work. Observed how customers were treated and explanations of work and prices. After pricing for new vehicle was confirmed went to finance department. I forgot his name. Very through and explained my options. I'm more objective due to having worked for new car dealers and leasing company. I've observed good and bad. This is definitely a good dealer.
