This is our second time using Sentex Heating & Cooling and both experiences have been outstanding! Everyone from the receptionists to technicians are polite, professional and efficient. It was easy to schedule and they came on time. Sentex Heating & Cooling fixed our problem with our air-conditioner. We had another company come out prior to Sentex Heating & Cooling that insisted we needed two new parts which would have cost way too much and we really did not need. Sentex Heating & Cooling did not try to take advantage of us like this other company and saved us a ton of money and aggravation.
“If the filter in your furnace is dirty, it will restrict the airflow. Your unit has to work much harder to circulate warm air through your home. This puts unnecessary strain on your furnace and results in comfort issues”. This an advice given by Sentex Heating & Cooling Co’s technician who came to replace the filter in our furnace that was leaking. He worked diligently to fix it as quickly as possible. Thank you Sentex Heating & Cooling for sending such a knowledgeable technician.
