  Elia Pinto was absolutely amazing to work with!! When we were house hunting, she went above and beyond to help us find the condo of our dreams! She helped us envision the potential of places and when it came to making an offer she held our hands through our whole first home buying experience, negotiating us an incredible deal and taking what seemed like an intimidating process and making it really clear and simple! Can't wait to buy our next home with her help! Cannot recommend her enough! A true joy and professional.

  My Wife and I had the great pleasure of working with Jim Dace as our Broker to find our new home. He listened to our needs, made appointments that fit within our limited time schedules and ultimately found us a "needle in a haystack" as our want list was long and budget small. From start to finish I can not say enough good things about how GREAT our experience was with Jim and Harthside Realtors. Jim, very professionally, continued to keep in contact throughout the closing process patiently answering the many questions we had as first time home buyers. We had a small issue with our pre-approved lender (The "Big Q" name) and Jim was quick to recommend and assist us in finding a new lender who also blew away our expectations? ???? HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!! (You will NOT be dissapointed!) ????????????????????

  Love this place. Lenny Feil is great. I got my first house with him, just give him a call. If your credit is not ready he will give you the steps to get you there.
