The Tile Shop

We went to tile shop to pick out tile for our bathroom. Jessica help us pick out the perfect tile for our bathroom. She was the BEST found the perfect tile for us. She was very helpful with working with our contractor to make sure we had everything that we needed. Best customer service she went beyond our expectations. We want to say THANK YOU JESSICA for all your help you were very easy to work with and we appreciate all that you have done to make this experience seamless. Tile Shop should be very thankful to have an employee like you! Hard to find good customer service these days. Great Job Jessica!! Keep up the good work.

Outstanding experience! It was my first encounter with the The Tile Shop with our contractor highly recommending that we source our tile from The Tile Shop. The selection is vast but let that not intimidate you as the associates are absolutely available to guide you through the process. I appreciated a prompt greeting upon entering but also the ability to meander through the aisle on my own initially, when I had a few questions, Brad Tozzi answered my questions and offered to give me a few more minutes to look and was available when I was ready to reenage on my terms. Every part of the discussion/consultation was smooth and helpful.

To be honest, I dreaded the process going in as I was uncertain how to go about it and ensure I selected everything needed for my bathroom remodel. I left there absolutely elated with my choices, the service and the attention to detail throughout the process.

We explored so many tile places from our local area to many online retailers and The Tile Shop had just what we needed and in the colors we wanted.

We drove from Urbana for a Saturday pickup. Brad and chris met at us with smiles and exceptional customer service.

The associate Greg was amazing. I really didn't know my vision but he took the time I needed to find it. The Tile shop had an amazing selection. I will definitely male this place my gi to for all my tile needs

Combining knowledgeable staff, decent prices, and a good selection of tiles to choose from results in a great tile shopping experience. They did the calculations for me how many tiles I needed to purchase. They were practically spot-on perfect with just a few left over for breakage while cutting and they allowed me to return with refund all leftover tiles. We purchased a beveled tile and they had a couple very helpful pro tips on how best to tile with this new tile type I was unfamiliar with. Would definitely do business there again.
