Went to this facility to upgrade to Medicare Part B.
I read the reviews and they were not good. My experience was much different. I arrived at 9:24 am and was out the door by 9:48.
Yep, took me a whole 20 minutes total.
Nice clean facility with plenty of chairs to sit in and a nice woman at the front directing me to the registration window.
I have no idea what the wait would be later in the day, but mine was fast, the staff was courteous and I had no problem.
I would definitely recommend coming here close to opening.

It's a public office so I expected a wait but it wasn't that bad. Of course I had a phone and a book with me. When I was called the employee was very helpful and nice.
