I dealt with Jeff for a purchase of a 3688 Bayliner that was purchased in Chicago and shipped to Australia. Jeff is one of the most honest and helpful brokers I have ever met. He knows his stock, was happy to put me in contact with Harry the boat's owner to get some history and went out of his way to help me with some local knowledge on service providers in the area. He genuinely has a great knowledge of boating and answered all the questions I had. I can highly recommend him as a person to trust and who knows his boats, which is a rarity from past experience with other brokers.
My prior boating experience was limited to smaller ski boats, so I was a true beginner to the yacht world when I first started working with Jeff. From day-one he helped answer all of my questions and proactively answered the questions I had not yet thought of. He was very patient and was not going to give up until we found my boat. Although my boat was found 5 hours away in Green Bay, WI, Jeff still made multiple trips with me to ensure this truly was the boat for me.
