And Cassandra will have it ready for me this girl will truly gives her best to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase and gift wrappings.   Cassandra (not sure if a C or a K so I apologize if I spelled this wrong!) the manager is the most pleasant person I have ever met in any store. She helped me pick out birthday gifts and some special things for myself! I have never had such a wonderful experience in any retail setting and I will only be going to this L'Occitane location from now on. I left the store in a such a good mood! L'Occitane is lucky to have such a dedicated and lovely person running this location. I can't say enough good things about her and my experience.
