The Timely Traveler

I worked with DeJuan in planning a trip to Spain with my husband. We gave him our dates, budget, and a short description of our interests, and he came back with a fantastic itinerary full of activities that were right up our alley. After some feedback we were all set.
About a week before DeJuan sent all of our paperwork along with an amazon gift card for any last minute items that were needed. Really sweet and unexpected.
Our trip started off a little rough as our flight was cancelled, but luckily instead of having to call the hotel and try to reschedule our tours, DeJuan was taking care of all of it. We missed our first tour but he managed to find another walking tour of Barcelona that was amazing and one of my favorite highlights. He also kept in contact with me the next day as I was trying to reschedule my flight with the airline. (Step it up Iberia!)
Aside from the first day craziness, the rest of the vacation was a dream.
He also booked us on a train ride from Barcelona to Madrid that couldn't have been more perfect. I've always been a long-distance train lover so just sitting back and looking at the countryside was exactly what I needed. Overall it was just the right balance or activities planned and free time to walk around that made the trip successful. Also the hotels were stayed at were amazing and I felt like a VIP the entire time.
I'm working with DeJuan again this fall and I'll be sure to go to him with all my travel needs.

The Timely Traveler did an incredible job helping us plan our vacation to an all inclusive resort in Florida. He worked with us from start to finish on every detail and was super responsive and knowledgable. After they were recommended to us by a friend, we used The Timely Traveler to help plan our family's spring break getaway to Costa Rica. Our travel planner DeJuan was excellent to work with and made the planning process fun and easy. DeJuan took the time to talk over what kinds of activities we wanted to do and what areas we wanted to visit and then he took it from there. After sending us our itinerary we were able to give feedback and make any changes we wanted, and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We just returned from our trip and it was absolutely amazing! From a guided canopy tour and ziplining in the Santa Elena Cloud Forest to ocean kayaking and snorkeling near Manuel Antonio, every experience was awesome and memorable. All of our tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Our accommodations in both locations were excellent and more than met our needs. If you want to plan the perfect trip but don't have the time or knowledge to do so, I highly recommend The Timely Traveler.
