I have been a State Farm customer since 1983! When relocating to IL in 2009, my husband and I had everything (cars, home etc.) transferred to Margaret Hagerty's office. The professionalism of the staff, to the claim assistance and customer service was quite refreshing. I never felt rushed when I had questions and was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable while I was in the office.
