I am a black female who was referred to Dr. Hauser, by another black female, when his office was located at 61st & Dr. M. L. King Dr.
Dr. Hauser has been my optometrist since then for approximately 30 years or more. He has always been caring, professional, accessible, and responsive to all my questions. I drive in from the south suburbs to his office rather than see an optometrist located closer to me.
I have been in the office on several occasions and observed many Hispanic clients and never saw or heard any disrespect shown to them. All the young ladies who work for him appear to be Latina also.
I highly recommend Dr. Hauser without any reservations!!
